But this isnāt Dunn. This is someone who has quite literally never made a 3 in his collegiate career, and itās not like heās a true 5 and it doesnāt matter. Heās a wing/forward hybrid who just canāt shoot.
I agree he would work better if we switched offenses but I donāt ever see us playing fast enough to maximize the talent of somebody like that. In half court settings he will allow one of our guards or BB to essentially get double teamed whenever heās on the perimeter. Iād like someone who is at least some level of threat to make a 3 every now and then.
Doesnāt matter in the first place because I doubt weāll be in the race for him.
I think again we only saw that because McKneely was literally our only credible threat.
You use him in pick n roll situations or as a cutter. But I get the pessimism that we would ever do that because we didnāt do it nearly enough with Dunn.
Jaeden Schutt is really good. Remember watching the top 100 camp and coming away more impressed with Schutt than McKneely.
Just goes to show you how important opportunity is for a player to play over the biggest name they can commit to. Will be the target of every B1G school I imagine
haha Your excitement is out of my control. No clue if UVA will be involved for Tyrese Hunter or not. Probably depends on what happened with him at Iowa State. Bennett will have the full story.
