From the osmosis of spending too much time posting here, I’ve learned that “down to four schools” could mean a lot of things, ranging from “these four schools who are recruiting me hard are the most interesting to me,” to “I am interested in four schools, and maybe they are interested in me,” and to “I know where I’m going, and here are three other schools that make me sound cool.”
