They looked awful the stretch I watched. Lawal is exciting though.
Any remotely decent team will be able to press up on their guards and completely take them out of what they want to do. Losing Hysier Miller is gonna really hurt them. 16 turnovers against Delaware state
The ACC went 15 - 0 last night. Average margin of victory was 25 points. Closest win was Syracuse by 5 over LaMoyne. The largest margin of victory … Louisville. Who won by 48.
For @Sknyluv and @zh00s. There are no dolphins near Syracuse, but there are dolphins off of Siracusa, Sicily. The old bishop of Siracusa had a dolphin on his seal, so the bishop of Syracuse has one on his. Hence the LeMoyne Dolphins.
A long time left in OOC to mess this up, and I don’t think it’s relevant for UVA this year because I don’t think we’re a tournament team, but it’s nice for the ACC to not immediately be the worst power conference like it has been the last few years!
Will Stanford be a surprise team? Can’t read too much into it so far but for a team supposed to be in the basement they’re making easy work of the early cupcakes.
Watching VCU/BC. BC isn’t very good but can certainly see why VCU gave us issues. Very athletic. Our offensive mvmt seems so slow compared to a lot of teams I’ve been watching.
I was watching freaking Cal Poly put up a half decent first half fight against Cal last night and found myself thinking “Man, these Cal Poly kids move the ball with pace and are making hard cuts… does this look better than us?” Obviously they’re terrible, but it’s weird seeing so many other teams run their stuff with purpose and pace even if they can’t finish while it feels like we get bogged down in the mud so much.
UNC defense will probably be pretty weak this year, but Kansas looks like a machine offensively. Their roster is filled with talented scorers up and down.
