That is something Iāve never seen before. How do you mix that in, sub it for simple syrup?

One for one substitution for simple syrup (Liber also makes a āplainā gum syrup as well). The gum adds viscosity to the syrup so you get more of a āmouth feelā when sipping your drink. Does not change the flavor profile from regular simple syrup (whether from refined sugar or Demerara).

Ok so had crappy beer at Grand Canyon Brewery in Page, AZ last night but they had awesome merch, including this stein. So Iām drinking a decent Flagstaff beer out of the stein to have at lunch.
