This game is absurd. But question - wasn’t Howell known as being a decent DC at BYU? Or at least they had decent defense under him?

Who knows if this is right, but I think I read on a BYU board that it followed a similar pattern to here. When Bronco was in charge of the defense, it was fantastic, but as he delegated away to other folks (maybe it was Howell there), they couldn’t execute it and it went downhill.

I’ve heard that as well. Knew a couple BYU alumni who were pissed with Bronco for his delegation and the teams subsequent performance.

So, 5 min into the 2Q the teams were on pace for a 85-65 final score.
They picked up the pace over the next 10 min and are now on pace for 85-75. This is absurd.
