Well, I held back tears Thursday evening. I held them back yesterday. But for some reason, reading this piece (well-written) and seeing the picture of the players and staff looking on from the backā¦it got me.
I am going to miss Coach Bennett so much. A pillar of college basketball is now gone. Iāve been struggling to come to terms. But reading this piece just finally hit me: the last fragment of what once was is now gone. I understand itās the end of an era now.
