He played awful and today was a reminder of why we need to hope he doesn’t come back. We need size at the guard spot and we need shooters. Can’t run this same lineup back and expect drastically different results it’s time for fresh blood

Ha, well, whatever honestly. This team just isn’t that good. They’re fighters, which they deserve a ton of credit for and which has kept us in a ton of games and let us pull something off like winning in Cameron. But we just aren’t that good.

Woudlnt have made it past the first round in the tournament anyway. This is me being bitter but it’s also true. If it comes down to the last second against as weak a team as FSU, it wouldn’t have mattered.

I’m going to try to be an optimistic until Selection Sunday but man that is a tough loss. You hate to see a game-winning shot be beaten by a buzzer beater three. I know for a second our boys will not give up until the final buzzer in their final ACC tournament game. We can’t lose hope yet, it’s not the UVA way, not the way of a team that nobody expects to make it as far as they do, but always found a way to fight. Wahoowa, because I won’t lose hope.

Not even mad that was a hell of a shot.
Also I remember Mathew Cleveland being someone we looked at briefly. Kid is a long athletic stud.
We probably needed to win the acc tourney or make the finals to make the NCAA anyways. Just as long as the young guys develop to be there to help the 2022s transition.

There is no selection Sunday for this team. It’s either we win the ACC tournament or we don’t get in. We’re gonna win it which will be funny but still. The bubble has popped
