I’m pretty sure that one of the court decisions said that one of the NCAAs established rights was the ability to determine eligibility for participation. I’ll have to find it, but if this is supposed to be the test case regarding 4 years of eligibility, I predict that the courts ultimately will rule for the NCAA.
