Note however that the tweets donāt show up in previews, only after posting.

This is by design. The Discourse coders actively do not allow the preview to show the Tweet to avoid it counting towards your monthly total of Twitter pullsā¦ we are on the free tier and are limited to 1500 per month.

FYIā¦ if you would like a semi-embed off of Instagramā¦
When you copy the address from Instagram it shows like thisā¦

Replace the /p/ in the middle of the link to /reel/

For those of you noticing there are no Twitter/X embeds right nowā¦ Iāve checked with the Discourse admin groups and it is affecting all Discourse back-ended message boards as of the past 24 hours.
