Burn it all down. Cleary the lack of video shows they are hiding something and the program is destined to fail. I’m looking for a VPI kit right now as a backup.
Ok, ok, ok. Unlike Tony, I am susceptible of being lobbied. I started this thread because I realized people wanted to talk about the bite size morsels we will get, and not complain about the portion size. So I will try to post in that light. “Try”
What is that, a converted WWI airplane hanger?
Squadra Verde guesses: Chase Coleman, Austin Williford, Eli Bennett**, Zay, ??
** Looks like Charlotte, ironically, is in Costa Rica, but if they can’t bring non-scholly guys, Eli gets a nice consolation prize.
We’ve already visited this restaurant multiple times though…
Update: after practice video of the guys singing happy birthday to Anna the manager
Fresh gonna learn how to link a Tweet right after learning how to make a poll.
Anna looks uncomfortable with attention. Big relate.
Man how are we supposed to “follow along” if we can’t watch???
Orange Academy??? (Sochan and Igor alma mater)
They mean you could literally follow them.
Scouting the competition:
@jazznutUVA you will appreciate this: In the google translated version of this, poor Latrell Jamal Grosskopf becomes Latrell Jamal bighead.
Latrell Jamal bighead “Todd and the Monsters.”
Bittersweet having that name
There are a lot of funny last names that translate… I know a Grosskopf and it is a direct translation to Big Head…
There is a dude I know here and his last name is Gile… in Germany, now it is spelled a bit different, Geil, it translates to Horny… so when when he introduces himself as Herr Gile… all the Germans laugh.
I was reading a random article once and this guy named Gottlieb was a staunch atheist. Gottlieb translates to “God’s Love”… so I thought that is the most ironic last name I could’ve given that dude…
Y’all want some cheese with that whine?
I’m enjoying the content. More than I expected thus far. A shame a few are bringing the fun down, rather than recognizing it.
Cmon now, I posted like 5 substantive things about the miniscule info we’ve gotten so far, but nobody really wants to talk about that.
We are back to square one - is complaining okay or not?
Yes, of course, it’s okay. If it weren’t okay (and in fact, what you all want to do), you’d be engaging on the substance, and not on the complaining.
Me? I’d prefer to talk hoops, but Tony has chosen not to give us hoops, so we are left with this meta-BS of whether it’s okay to complain.
I’m engaging on the complaining because it’s detracting from the thread.
You have your own separate thread dedicated to that circle jerk.
I mean, what tons of additional info were we meant to have at this point? They’ve been there roughly 36 hours. They haven’t played a game yet. What exactly is being complained about? I guess that’s my issue.
Lack of practice footage? They just practiced like 9 hours ago. Maybe we get some, maybe we don’t. But we know the games aren’t being streamed and have complained about that already.
I just wanna see Tahaad’s dunk again
Posting habits. The thread moved on, but then @Hoohoohoo wanted to complain about my (and one or two others) posting habits. So now we are having everyone’s favorite: a meta debate about debate.
I want to see more goofy tourist shit. What happens when the big dude from Nebraska eats calamari for the first time (or whatever stranger-in-a-strange land scenario applies)? Let’s find out!
