Watched some more Malik tape … here’s the comp and I can’t unsee it… he plays exactly like Donovan Mitchell at .8 speed. Almost like a mix of Mitchell and Jerome on the Cavs… all his body movements are Mitchell without the explosiveness - very savvy with body positioning and strong finisher.

Ok Josh Hart in college was 40.4% from 3 his senior year - so I would take that.
I think Josh Hart is a better athlete and an elite rebounder for his size. Not sure I see that in Malik

What’s up with the disrespect to UVA by the person on the right? I’m paraphrasing, but he basically said:
- “I don’t like any of these players”
- “I think they’re interesting but not contenders”
If we can get De Ridder, I think we’re a legit contender to be a top 25 team.

Not top 50 2 of last 3 years and on 3rd coach in 3 years and current coach has won 1 madness game ever and that was 7 years ago…

Even when we were undeniably elite, we had much of the national media saying we were literally ruining the game of college basketball. I think there’s a segment of the CBB world that simply doesn’t like UVA and I also think there’s a segment of the UVA fan base that is sensitive to this fact.
