Iāve actually never done the pushups to exhaustion challenge. Iāll have to do that one day.
There is a HIIT routine where you do 50 burpees, 50 pushups, 50 situps then 40, then 30, then 20, then 10ā¦ then you do the whole thing two more timesā¦ so thatās 450 pushupsā¦ but not straight.

Crazy you still have issues with the Achilles this far out. Does it it just feel weak/atrophied or is there still pain and fragileness?

Itās just weakā¦ itās almost backā¦ significant improvement over the past 6 weeks. Iāll be back to 100% this fall.
Iām just an old man unfortunately.
Had to take my pt test this monthā¦ otherwise i wouldāve waited another month.

Several years ago, a bad storm came through central VA and knocked a bunch of trees down, killing a few people. A friend of mine runs emergency response stuff for Albemarle County and he was telling me they were all tragic but one was downright spooky.
The person was driving (I want to say Dry Bridge Rd but Iām not sure. It wasnāt far out, there were houses around) and a tree fell over in front of them.
The car started backing up, and another tree fell behind them. They got out of the car to check things out and another tree fell, killing them. He said he didnāt know what they did, but God apparently wanted that person dead.

It makes the MLS look like the Premire League.
MLR probably the worst fully pro league in the world. It was meant as a place for. Is players to grow and develop but itās become a haven for foreigners looking for an extra check between seasons or looking to wind down a career and want a foothold on the US.
I used to watch it when it launched a gew yrs back knee most of the coaches and had quite a few friends and former playerās active. But as that number dropped so has my interest.

VAR is standard for any televised rugby at this point. I think MLR got it around '21. I give credit to the elague for surviving its their 8th year I think. Itās the better than when they would air the Super League final back when I played. Iāll admit that.
Itās fine on the surface level maybe even more entertaining because thereās more big plays. Bir I imagine itās like if you watch the MLS minor league itās okay but you notice the skill errors or structure breakdowns that are standard at most levels.
That said had it come around 20 yrs ago I absolutely would have been a 10 yr vet and likely would have missed out on going overseas.
