I wishā¦ being an AI would make it easierā¦ my work, military reserve and referee travel schedule is ridiculous, however.
Iāll be in the great city of Montgomery, AL Sunday through Wednesday next week if anyone is around there. Come downtown and Iāll buy you a drink!
Labor Day weekend Iāll be Cāville refereeing and watching my son play in a tournament!
Some down time with local refereeing (anyone have kids playing soccer for any of the high schools or middle schools in the greater Richmond area? I may be the referee you are yelling at during the game) and US Air Force Academy recruiting in VA until 29 Sept (getting close to needing your physical fitness tests complete for your application!) when I head to northern Italy for a week and then Germany for another week.

Wish I could pop over to Montgomery and harass you for an evening but weāre in election season so schedules are tight combined with training for a Bear Fight in Oct.

For sure. Iām looking forward to that most. The trick is get it moving then chase the rope. Arm over arm pulls are as much endurance as stength.

My sister and her AFROTC class won a tanker pull one year against some Golds Gym and weight lifting teams.
They won because they all just crouched down and simultaeously stood up pulling. Once the aircraft started moving it was easy. The weight lifting teams tried to only use arms and leaning.
She told me the Golds gym team were so mad they lost, they convinced the organizers to try againā¦ and they still couldnt beat the group of 18 - 21 Air Force officer candidates.
Addendumā¦ since this was a UVa AFROTC classā¦ UVa is world class at this sport.
