How replicable will that be without 6-year eligibility guys floating around? Get old-stay old has really had a moment because teams can stay older than ever
Also ugh Chad Baker-Mazara probably coming back lol
Houston has their “Ty Jerome double dribbled”.

Gives me a little concern about all the one-year guys, but gotta do what you gotta do to get the ball rolling.
The old two-year plan — it’s worked at Odom’s last three stops!
Seeing as how Natty wasn’t really the goal next year, more important we get enough wins to get some momentum with donors, fans, and recruits, along with a good number of young guys getting productive and promising run behind these vets.
Agree. These days, you can’t really have the 3-4 year building / rebuilding phase anymore.
But I think year 1 can be something along the lines of “proof of concept” while having one eye on the future…
Look at Houston and Florida. I still think the model for success is to mix HS recruits with transfers, and experienced guys with new guys. I don’t think you can do it with all one-year rentals. The trick is finding the right new guys, and holding onto the experienced guys. That gets harder and harder each year.
