Itās a worry. I just know we are a school that would not have any tolerance for scandals. We wouldnāt just look the other way if something came up so itās a real risk. I just want to make sure we avoid a Todd Golden situation. Golden built his team into a top 5-10 caliber program and nearly lost his job in the same season.

Interested in the process. Does Carla have unilateral control of this decision? Is there BOV input and/or āSearch Committeeā input and they have a major role in the decision? I think that I understand that she has final approval, but Iām just wondering how much control she has over this?
I have no clue and it may have been covered already. Seems like with her new contract/extension, Carla will be motivated to make the āsafeā hire vs. the āgambleā hire.
