Something tells me that BA called his own plays that drive. not kidding
That’s as unsatisfying as a win gets
Yeah that last drive was like last year.
That run he did. Tucked the ball before his back foot hit the ground
We tried like hell to give it away
Wow… At least we did something Tech couldn’t… I think that’s the only positive.
Winning ugly but it’s still a win
Enjoy the dub everyone!
Could be the last one this year
hahahahahhahaahhahahah. yes
If I were an ODU fan, I’d be pissed that they essentially sat on the ball, with the exception of the final two minutes of each half.
Then again, I’d be pissed to be an ODU fan regardless, being a fan of JJ nonetheless.
First year running back has a future in the program
I really believe every offense would be better if everyone pretended they were in a 2 minute drill every possession.
Love that Isaac McKneely was out for the game winning field goal.
Dude is a Hoo. More than anyone here (esp, me)
He could play for the football team too
Not an accident that tempo offenses are all the rage now.
Amazing how similar our game was to the Tech-ODU game. Both filled with turnovers and penalties by Tech and us. Two big differences: 1 - the guy who picked up the fumble slipped and didn’t run for a TD, and 2 - we won
BTW,even though Perry has shown very well this year, Xavier Brown has got to be the man. Hollins can find a seat on the bench. Brown and Jones seem both the best runners and the most reliable.
Agree Xavier played his butt off for the entire game. For the style of ay I think they’re angling for he’s a great fit.
damn @JoeBoxley grew a beard and went to the game today?
Hollins has plenty of talent and at one time i thought he had a bright future but you are right about the running backs. I’m very impressed with Xavier Brown. He has a bright future especially if the Oline steps up
