Maybe a stretch, but seems to be some negative body language with BA and receivers today. Or just outta sync maybe

Yeah, I agree. The running game is doing great, and the OL, while not very good overall, feels a little less bad at run blocking than pass blocking.
But the passing game isn’t just the OL not giving BA time. That’s part of it, but there’s something actively wrong with it beyond just that. Even when he’s got time there’s just nothing and these guys were a MACHINE last year with basically the same guys.

I want an X’s and O’s breakdown.
Like I saw two guys run the same out route. They brought the linebacker, safety and DBs over in coverage.
Maybe they were clearing a deep crossing route. But you gotta know that BA doesn’t have that sort of time.

It’s strange i cant tell what they are trying to do with the passing game. They ran the PA first 2 snaps and got 1v1 eith wicks which is what you want.
But saw keyton and someone run into each other on a route.
On short routes guys arent getting any separation and with BAs accuracy he cat fit it in.

The D admittedly hasn’t been playing against the varsity so far this season, and they’ve hardly been dominant, but so far I’m liking what I’m seeing from them.
