His only option was transferring elsewhere. His mechanics are still off and he telegraphs his passes a lot. Also he has room to grow in making plays happen (like Perkins). Not just commiting to running right away when the pocket collapses.
He probably should have followed Beck to Syracuse. He might this offseason who knows.
Even with the o line the play calling and route schemeing is horrible.

If you think he’s playing well you don’t know football. Dropped Wicks passes are definitely bad play calling. Everyone is at fault. Stop just blaming coaches

BA is the Timmy Chang of the modern era great stats but he was not an nfl caliber player. Hos accuracy and throwing mechanics are bad.

Brennan is a warrior but isn’t that good and Anae’s offense hid a lot of his weaknesses and also helped our receivers get wide open.

The play calling, even when you are mindful of the oline weaknesses, is HORRENDOUS. And not designed with the players we have on our roster in mind.

Yeah Brennan ain’t playing great. But if you think the playcalling isn’t atrocious “you don’t know football”.
And my point about BA coming back was that he should have transferred. Not NFL.
