I have 0 interest in Virginia playing VCU.
Iād love to have some sort series with Nova and GT.
While weāre fantasy booking Iād love to see a DMV tourney sinilar to what they do with the Philly 5. But I donāt want to see UVa involved in that.

I always say Maryland was a rival I loved to hate. Losing them to the B1G was a bitter pill in many respects. VT, by contrast, is just a school I hate.

I think itās Arizona State - UCF for me. That sounds like it should be a Thanksgiving tournament consolation game that I am reluctantly putting on.

Exactly. Thatās the type of November game where I look up whether it has any impact on UVAās strength of schedule at all and if it does I talk myself into putting it on in the background while I cook or something.

I remember during college playing pick up basketball at the AFC with the old men group during the lunch hours and this local high school kid would sneak in and play with us and kept bragging about how he knew Tony Bennett and all of us were like āyeah sure whateverāā¦ lol
Itās been years but I think he ended up being a 4 year student manager for UVA and then joined staff at Providence as their director of scouting
