Might be little different - when a rumor is someone is going somewhere that has more championships than anyone else the last 30 years and is 4th all time in titles.

Definitely thought he was a kid we recruit early on. Not the most fluid mover but skilled. But never really produced in aau. Definitely an early riser whose stock fell

Just saw that ā KY better hope theyāre top 10 this year, because 
for next year. Maybe Reed Sheppard would be interested in the portal here after all. 
Boogie has a world of talent, and from what I watched this summer, not yet a clear idea of what he should be doing with any of it.

I watched Boogie during the Peach Jam and he was not impressive. He may be the player of the year but he shot about every time he touched the ball and very few went in

What a huge loss that would be. Could easily be the difference between them making the tournament and not.
Yikes. Realistically should have transferred with his assistant coach to Maryland over the summer, especially since Maryland needs guards (they might straight up start both Deshawn Harris Smith and Jamie Kaiser in their scrimmage for us, the two freshmen alongside that stud pg they poached from Sanchez and Charlotte two years ago).

Huge loss for Tech. Realistically could have been their top scorer this season. Puts a lot of pressure on Collins to step up this year.

Literally the sell on Tech being better than expected was Rice being as good as advertised. He looked solid down the stretch last year. Without him they are left with Collins playing big minutes and frankly, he looked awful last year. Heās not a scorer and unless he learned to shoot, thatās a huge loss.
They did insinuate this was playing time related so maybe he was getting beat out. Who knows.
Were they going to start Pedulla, Cattoor and Rice together? Iām sure they promised him heād start and play as much as he wants in order to get him to commit and now they canāt actually follow through but yeah maybe he just isnāt very good
I donāt buy that heās not good. Heās a scorer and has the highest ceiling of anyone on that roster. Thereās gotta be something more to this.
Watched him last year against state and begrudgingly was really impressed / thought he could develop into their best or most important player for 2023
