Just for additional context, Longwood has only been full time D1 since 2007. Their past two coaches in 14 seasons went a combined 130-312 (.294 winning pct).
Aldrich in seven seasons went 127-100 (.557 winning pct) and made their only two tourney appearances in history. Did incredible things with that program.
