That game was stressful, man

In the new format, Lamb would’ve left UVT after two years, tops. Night and day better than Tillis

Colson and Lamb both blocked a ton of shots and were high usage on offense.

Honestly from the UAB game in the NIT I thought Tillis looked like a poor man’s Jokic. Unathletic, kinda flabby, below the rim, not much apparent hustle on D, but a very good shooter, great passer, great feel and shockingly effective despite failing the look test. Sneaky good at getting shots up in the post. His team was just much better when he was on the floor. I think he’ll really good for us and play 20-25 mins.

Yeah having 2nd thoughts on the player comp watching the uva highlights.

Poor mans lamb. Tillis will also get to be teammates with Badalu

That’s like saying, Devon Booker is better than Cade Cunningham. They are two completely different players with different responsibilities and skill sets…
Lamb didn’t have to run the offense anywhere he was whereas Tillis runs it a lot where he has been.
Tillis is more like Draymond Green with real range.

Me too! I had the exact same impression watching him. He’s the ultimate glue guy

What do you (or anyone else for that matter) think of Badalau?

Don’t love his 3pt%!

What were Svi’s shooting numbers before kansas stole him?

42.6% from 3 in the Ukrainian SuperLeague

24 games. 20 mins per game. Averaged 5.5 pts per game

27.6% from 3 for U16 Ukrainian team. 9 games. 37 mins per game. 25.5 pts per game

I watched a lot of those games at the time. He’s got all the tools defensively, there were some (honestly pretty errant) Willie Cauley-Stein comparisons from fans at various points. Here’s hoping we can get junior WCS out of senior Ugo!

Edit: this was supposed to be a reply to @lodger96 my bad

The success rate of former K-State players who wear chains of their name here has been 100%, so this should be a good sign.

Man NIL is crazy. The primary activity on our back-up big man’s day in the life blog is just spending money.

NGL, I died a little when I saw his first move was to order Starbucks breakfast to his hotel room.

Will players even have roommates or their own individual penthouses? @BillyHoyle

That lunch looked good, though. The breakfast was a little sad.
