Good? Not yet, but it’s showing signs of life and has potential. We’re probably getting all we can expect from Groves and Reece (who has done a great job of bumping up both his usage and efficiency), but there’s hopefully some room for growth between Rohde, Bond (per-possession stats are great, just needs to show it against better comp), Blake, Eli, maybe IMac getting even more aggressive.
Good enough? Probably, because our defense is so good.

According to KenPom we are only 228th in 3PA/FGA. Not sure how to look up where we would rank if only looking at the last 3 games

According the torvik we are 62nd in offensive efficiency since the Nov 29th switch to outside triangle. Very small sample size, and the 2nd team + green team have played almost an entire half of basketball within that timeframe, but probably still work to do on that end

You can filter garbage time on Hoop Explorer:
Unfiltered: 111.2 points/100 possessions, adjusted for opponent (ranks 84th).
Filtered (removes 34 offensive possessions): 112.8 Adj P/100 (ranks 71st).

Basically defined by how big the lead is relative to time left in the game, though it only kicks in at 5 mins and under.

This is helpful! I do feel like we ran out a lot of garbage time in the Syracuse and NCCU games outside of that five minute mark. Though maybe I’m misremembering
