Switch seems to be working tonight because Ames is getting under their bigs, and our bigs’ length is really bothering Leggette and Lowe.

It also seems Pitt isn’t making quick decisions. They finally kicked one out after a switch and found an open guard for a three.

I thought people were too harsh on him before this. He’s a sophomore big. He’s going to have bad games. But he was having some very good ones and showing flashes of how good he can be going forward.

To answer your question, he’s reached a new peak. Will it be a plateau, on its way to a higher peak, will he have some clunkers going forward. Hard to say. But I hope he’s a Hoo next year.

Capel is just weird. I think he’s a top notch X’s and O’s guy but he really, really struggles with having his team ready to play every night.
