I really hate that cause its tied now Taine is going to get 0 minutes. I would straight up take a loss if it meant a future piece to next year’s team got 10-15 minutes in this game to get some more on court experience.

Yeah half of it is apathy/he’s sleep walking a little. Half of it is height which he doesn’t have control over.

Horrid start. Jayden and KC need to get in this game. No idea why CTB wants to ride Kadin so long. Clearly. Any defend these guys. Waits til we’ve lost the lead to make the change.

Tony’s “let them play” philosophy is a better match with more possessions. And his pace (fewer possessions) is a better match with more TOs, quicker trigger.
Which is why it was slow torture watching Laster slip all those Salt screens.
Painful
That philosophy, basically giving up 2-3 buckets due to a bad match up, is a bad strategy for this group. Oddly we’ve seen it play out many times this year.
