Ticket help (know it’s a long shot due to last minute)? A friend gave me 2 free tickets for the game, and I am letting my son and his friend go. They’re leaving soon, and when he just checked the tickets (which downloaded to his Apple Wallet), they say “disabled - these tickets have been issued to another Apple ID.” She never downloaded them to hers at all - sent us the email and he downloaded from there, so my friend isn’t even sure how her Apple ID would even be associated with them. He’s a senior in HS in Richmond, and he’s taking one of his friends who is also a senior. They’re both applying to UVA and have been looking forward to this game all week. Now I’m not sure whether they’ll be able to get in. Does anyone happen to have two tickets either to give away or for sale on the low cost side that we could grab last minute to make sure they can get into the stadium today?
If they just pull up the tickets through the website rather than the Apple wallet they should be good assuming nobody else is actually using them
This happened to me at the ACC tournament one time because I was logged into my friends Ticketmaster which had the tickets but was linked to a different Apple ID I guess. Apple wallet didn’t work but showing the tickets in Ticketmaster worked

OK - Thanks! I’ll know if it ever happens again. If I’d been going, I would’ve been less worried but didn’t want them rejected and unsure what to do. So I ended up getting them 2 seats on SeatGeek. All is well.
Leaving watching this game to go to my own school’s game is going to feel a bit weird, but I will always be a Hoo at heart (and maybe in graduate school hopefully)
