Maybe it’s due to COVID 19 secrecy, but the inside reports out of practice are all over the place. “Carson is doing great and looks very comfortable out there.” “Reece sees the floor well, but is struggling with his shot.” “Jabri can create his own shot better than anyone we ever had under CTB, but is struggling with the defense.” I think I will just focus on the good reports and assume the new players have already corrected any deficiencies.

Caleb had a visit scheduled with us and then cancelled it. About 2-3 weeks later, Reece committed.

Things kinda run together when you try to look in the rear view. Love talked about visiting UVA, never set a date. I think he was just planning to do one around Top 100 camp, which he didn’t even end up attending because he got a Team USA invite for the same week. They barely recruited him. Would have been about the equivalent of Max Christie this year.

Just the TB way. He focuses in on one for each spot early. Keels was that guy. That said, if there was some kind of solid indication they could have gotten Christie they would have been all over him.

He’s still be a 5th year senior in 22-23 in the scenario I asked about. Well technically a 6th year senior but he’d still have eligibility.
Murphy is redshirting this year. He will have 2 seasons left starting next year
