2022 commits update and discussion thread

Maybe he’s there to see the main attractions teammates and see if there are potential late bloomers??

If you include transfers, Willy was in on Franklin and Murphy. For high school guys, I guess it depends how you define significant haha Last few either haven’t caught on yet or transferred out. McCorkle, Morsell, McKoy, etc. If not those kind, then yep Hunter.

Being the lead recruiter is overrated in basketball though. Assistant coaches are table setters. It’s up to the head coach whether he’ll choose to recruit their guys. Most of the assistant’s work is always wasted. And once the decision is made to go for it, it’s pretty much handed off to the head coach.

What about the 22 class and Johnson? Didn’t Getter set the table for Issac2 and Bond?

Yeah Getter handled things with McKneely, Traudt, and Bond. Vandross with Dunn. Williford with Johnson. For the most part it’s just based on where they’re from. Starts with assistants working contacts to identify potential recruits.

Dunn’s playing again, and dunking again, and I’m posting in correct threads again. All is right with the world again (well not all, I guess, but this is a step in the right direction).

Dunn’s team won. Tomorrow is a rematch with the team that Dunn beat on the last second layup, which led to layup line fisticuffs (before Juwan made it cool).

Ugh ugh ugh
Traudt was injured early in his team’s playoff loss tonight… no details yet.
Ugh ugh ugh

Damn. Hope it isn’t serious

Ankle injury and he returned to play in the second half.

Doesn’t sound major which is good news.

A 6’10” dude being able to hit that 3 that he made is just nutty

And he got through the handshake line without punching anybody. Kid can do it all.

Lmaooooo

Is it too early for Traudt to be my fav hoo of all time?

Never too early!

Can’t watch a handshake line without thinking of Titus saying that he started to pre-emptively go in for the hug on everybody, because he got tired of being the guy that nobody hugged.
