Jamie Shawās evaluation of Kon Knueppel
āKon Knueppel is a strong-framed wing who is incredibly efficient on the offensive end. He sees the game well, both on and off the ball. Knueppel is an excellent passer, with vision in transition or in the half-court. He cuts with purpose off the ball, often finding open looks for himself and/or his teammates. He is a smooth shooter with deep range, and his mechanics stay consistent both off the catch and the bounce. Knueppel is a good team defender, while his lateral quickness may be one of the few questions in his game. He has sneaky bounce at the rim and can put down a dunk in traffic. Shot 52% FG, 43% 3P, and 80% FT in 21 EYBL games this summer.ā
It is all fun and games until We lose an recruit to Lehigh
Cam Gillus leading Lehigh to upset duke in the 2024 NCAA tournament??
I get Hauser flashbacks every time he shoots. Release is as soft as warm butter
@HoozGotNext, or anyone else. Just a wee bit curious: Will Virginia get an official visit from Elmarko Jackson? I see that he is on an OV to Texas this weekend, and that he has one scheduled with Notre Dame on October 30th, but I have seen nothing about a possible visit to UVa. Is this likely, or should we just move our speculations on to other prospects?
It seems like we likely are getting an OV from Jackson. HGN said we will have a real shot if we do in fact get him on grounds
The on3 article said weād be getting the 5th visit, but yeah, we actually need to schedule it and have him take it.
Isnāt it a big argument in the salespersonās world regarding whether it is best to be the first or last to do your sales pitch? Wonder how that translates to CBB recruiting?
I expect Elmarko will visit, thatās the plan he just hasnāt set a date.
It may have been āLastā as in last visit to be scheduled and announced.
Yea not sure whether first or last is best but they are both better than being in the middle. Just psych 101 people remember the beginning and ending of sequences.
