Yeah who knows, UNC has loaded up in the portal but now there are rumors that both jarin and cadeu are reclassing to 2023, it’s confusing

Cadeu wouldnt surprise me at all to reclass. He is college ready for sure
I have heard they are very confident with Cadeau reclassing. I have not heard anything about Jarin from them that is in anyway solid.

Yeah it’s probably just the assumption that they’re boys and would want to play together. The problem is that there might not be enough PT available for both of them

Meh- I just want us to recognize the signals sooner and not get played. I mean his Mom *did play at UNC on the women’s team and he *is from North Carolina so this wouldn’t be unpredictable.
Again- I would be okay with just moving forward with a couple of post players or Blue Cain + a Stretch 4 and call it a very successful offseason.

Not like recruiting Jarin hard right now is causing us issues elsewhere. It’s a low risk high reward recruitment at this point. We are gonna continue to recruit Blue and look at other 23 possibilities.

I think recruiting Jarin, *could hold us up in getting another high level stretch 4 so that we can show him that we have playing time. I suppose we could still recruit sign a Beran/Groves and then tell Jarin that we still have wing room, but we may be playing a Keels/Power game here. Oh well- we will see.
Cadeau looks good because of Gertrude. Only kidding. But I’m excited for what we have coming in.

Thank god, he is garbage.
For anyone bummed, Beran shot 36% overall for 7.5 points a game as a starter. Kihei, who most would say was quite offensively limited, shot 40% overall for ~11 a game with UVA’s pace.
