It’s pretty annoying and doesn’t do the fans or the program any good. Especially as speculation spirals and leaks out. But whatever, if your sources are cool with it, you do you.

But if they were more specific they would get bashed for breaking the news before the kid could. And then if they didn’t do anything people would complain about insiders not posting anymore. Which is where this ends up

I feel like where people take issue is trying to be cute with it. Just say some negative news is coming and that you can’t say anymore. I’d prefer that over some passive aggressive thing about an impending fan base freak out…. Idk.

I appreciate the heads up. It’s 1 of 3 players, imho. Two of those players we’ve never seen play in an actual college game. I want guys who want to be here. You want to leave? Good. Get a guy in here with both feet in.

Agreed. Every year the minimum will be one transfer out, and likely 2. That is the expectation we should operate under.
