Im actually a little higher on Jordan Minor than most for the role I envision him playing (pick n roll with reece, solid athlete inside). But man Trey Kaufman would have been the perfect small ball center with his ability to shoot 3s,

There’s a Purdue contingent that actually prefers Kaufman at center to Zach Edey because of his floor spacing, and mobility on the defensive end.

(I agree with them - Edey might be a Ewing theory kind of thing).
Minor will be awesome in the PNR until teams start scouting us and realize he can’t shoot, so it becomes one dimensional. That’s my worry. Minor’s defender just sags off and is a better athlete than typical NEC guys.

That seems to be the trend in the football guys who’ve had their waivers ruled on
Twitter noise ie Slater tease that Akok Akok is about to transfer from Georgetown to WVU. They gotta do something to stop the late movement. Bad enough players are being bought straight off other rosters. For it to still happen in August is ridiculous.

Not the most impressive stint for Fish. I wonder if Mason Miller (Mike’s kid) takes some of his minutes.
Miami and Pitt did foreign trips, too, but follow the UVa model in terms of dearth of info, stats, etc. Memphis lost to the Dominican national team, featuring one of their alums (Lester Quinones), but I think they may have been down a starter or so (?).
BC is playing, too. No stats. Looks like Post is playing well, ALigbe back, and I can’t tell about Hand.
Hokies are traveling, too. Again, no stats/info.
That’s all I could see for direct Wahoo interest – opponents or transfers.
