Aw man I really hope for his sake this kid doesn’t take the offer just because they are the first power 5 program to offer him. The richmond pg we looked at who plays like Darius Thompson. Recently got offered by VCU too which I think he would covet more than a Kenny Payne Louisville offer

Always found it strange Purdue took two 6’8/6’9 forwards in the same class. Also spiteful since they are both kids Tony wanted bad as well.
In reality, as good as Edey is individually, he’s not someone I would build a team around even with his stats. And they are probably better as a team with Furst and Kaufman at the 4/5 in modern basketball.

As someone who likes to dunk on Painter, I should also add that it took him to the year 2023 to realize that athleticism is important in basketball? This is the guy that the coaching fraternity wants to convince me is actually a basketball genius?
