Calling my shot, based on not much: If Bliss comes to UVa, his floor will be a very solid defender in our system. Good size for a PG, slides his feet well. You don’t see him get beat. I don’t think he’ll be a big stats guy on defense, and he won’t be Reece (who’s special), but I think the baseline is very solid.
