No mention of retaining eligibility. We’ve all mostly assumed he’s gone.
Co-signed. I will have fun with a 7-13 season with this team if they’re all showing promise.
I will not have as much fun with a 13-7 team that brings in transfers of the caliber of the last few years and they play 25 minutes a game.
Let’s stick with what we’ve got now and add no one unless it’s a huge stud/upgrade. I think Jefferson and Perry are the only ones we’re currently looking at who fit that.

I don’t disagree with the sentiment. But consider me extremely skeptical that “fun” will be the best description of the posts on this site if we have that kind of season. I would love to be wrong about that.

Yep. Easy to say that people are willing to go through the process of a development year now during the offseason, but once that season actually starts and you see the product on the floor feelings tend to change drastically.
Promise you that if it’s looking like we’re gonna be on the wrong side of the bubble next year there will be a sizable portion of the fanbase who forgot what the goal of the season was and harp on the inevitable negatives that a disappointing result brings.

That is true.
For me personally though that 2012-2013 season was the most fun Ive had (helps that I was a student though LOL). The NIT games were fun. And beating Duke at home was lit.
I actually loved the Gertrude Buchanan minutes even though they were really rough at times lol.

That’s fair. He’s a 6’10 power forward though. Could he switch onto a jumbo 3 for a possession or two? Yeah (Like the Keegan Murrays and Jimmy Boeheims of the world) but he’s always going to be a 4/5 I think for Tony.
