Do these NIL bidding wars continue to go up or do they start to fall in the future? Iām not some multi millionaire donor but if the cost of just my starting lineup is $2.5-$3M a season, I better have a 60ās UCLA type stretch.
I canāt imagine people want to continue to pay all this money to get players and only 1 team can win. If you took all 362 teams and averaged it out to $250k a roster, youāre just short of $100M in roster construction per seasonā¦.can that really last? Feels like at some point numbers and ROI bring this back down to earth but I could easily be wrong here just mainly really curious where this is headed.

Yup. No way is it sustainable. Eventually the focus will return to what a lot of this came from, which is the idea of NCAA revenue sharing. But until then the NCAA hopes no one notices enough to push for it as the āalternativeā to NIL.
