Bigham pitched a gem. I watched most of the game and she was as sharp as Iāve seen all season.

Side note - I havenāt gotten to watch this team much, but in this one game our catcher has quickly become my favorite player. Love her energy.

Was just looking this up - seems we did get an opening win in our only other NCAA tournament appearance as well in 2010. We won 1-0 against Louisville before falling to Tennessee and then Louisville in a rematch. So this is the second NCAA win ever for the Hoos, and brings us to 2-2 in the NCAAs all time.

I donāt think UVA gunna score a rune against Tennessee. Theyāre pitcher is just on another level
Weāve had a great season but thereās definitely levels to the softball game. Elite tier SEC teams or programs like Oklahoma just have so much talent everywhere, and tend to have at least one overwhelmingly good pitcher. Tennessee is no different.
