In the next hour or two, but @4547Lambeth is probably correct
I figured we’d have to play Tennessee or BYU, and I’d probably rather play Tennessee. Dybantsa > Ament
Philly is a dream
Early odds from a model I saw are about 53% of a S16, 23% E8, 8% F4.
We’ve beaten Iowa State in a S16 game in Chicago before!
I don’t think we play either…
Interesting for Wright St. their tour y final was March 10. Will be a 10 day lay off for them.
I was expecting SMU-Texas in the 1st 4. SMU was the last team in? Hmm…interesting. And VCU ended up being a bid stealer, eh?
Trying to buy tix, how can I tell which Session we play in? Ridiculous this info isn’t out there
Will be out later tonight.
Tennessee plays winner of SMU/Miami(OH), right?
Could easily see SMU beating Tennessee. They are the kind of team with veteran guards that can make a march run
Having the dad of a bubble team’s coach on the selection show was such an obviously wonderful idea.
rest = rust
I’d guess us and Tennessee in the afternoon and UConn and UCLA in the evening.
Any team reactions circling around the social media world?
Just off quick glance I have the Hoos path being Wright State, SMU, Santa Clara…
I lowkey loved last year with Bubba having to take a firing squad when speaking about UNC getting in. Need more TV with people that have skin in the game for bubble teams.
Also for those that partook in bracketology this year - how’d you do?
Running through the scoring on my end but overall 67/68 teams in. I had New Mexico, I did not have Texas. My worst overseeding was Utah State as a 7 so 2 lines off. A few underseedings by 1 line.
Going to be honest.. . I liked it better when a mildly drunk cast of characters (NCAA March Madness Committee Members/AD’s) with zero analytics got together on the Friday of Selection Sunday and basically said “Let’s create some crazy match-ups/storylines that will dominate the media for a couple of days”. I appreciate the process now and the numbers too, but drunk committee members playing golf all weekend and making shit up was fun too.
Let’s Beat Wright State!
