I really hope Gameday goes to Navy/North Texas this week. I personally think Eric Morris is the gem of this years G5 coaches moving up hiring cycle. If Sark really wants to move Texas would be crazy to let him leave the state…

@BDragon i think Baylor is probably in the Tech spot of “how much are you willing to commit to this?” Where the potential of a good program is obviously there but don’t think they’re invested the way they need to be.

Baylor had the money if they want to spend unlike Tech. But yea they don’t seem interested im football at the moment I don’t know. Theres also a lot of extra that still seems to go along with being involved in Baylor athletics

Cal and SMU lost a ton of luster with their losses. Already been to Knoxville. Could go to Austin, but they just covered Vandy. Navy-North Texas is enticing. New Mexico-UNLV? USC-Nebraska? blah. Cincy-Utah? Or hmm…5-1 Dartmouth at 6-0 Harvard?

Best thing that could happen for our chances at Gameday, IMO, was SMU losing yesterday. If Wake takes care of business against FSU and K State pulls the upset I think there’s a real chance we finally get Gameday the next week (provided we win this week, obviously)

Only downside of Gameday at Wake game means I have to wake up early after a big night roaming the Nelson County Football sidelines. Think Herbsret will send the PJ to pick me up from CowHallow so I can be the guest picker?

objectively ttu-byu is a much better game but I feel like they wouldn’t pass up an excuse to go somewhere they’ve never been like when they picked duke over some better options a couple of years ago
