This is a guy I’d like to see us go after for that last DT spot I know he didn’t overlap with Melton but maybe there’s some mutual connections they can work. From North Carolina, we offered in HS, get him close to home, opportunity to work in as a second stringer with a bigger role next year.

He’s a great target. I wonder what the mindset is for an athlete like him? I’m sure he’s looking for playing time, wonder if a rotation role with the promise of more in the future is enough. OR is he just moving from program to program looking for PT?

While Nico Brown visits Bama, UVA still hosting Kent State WR Deshawn Martin (rising Jr, 33 rec, 507 recyds, 4 rectds) and apparently also UMass WR Jacquon Gibson (rising RS Sr, 3rd Team all-MAC, 63 rec, 616 recyds, 0 TDs).
No word on movement at other positions.

Might prefer Gibson to Martin. Had a lot more catches and put up better numbers in a worse offense despite only playing 9 games. He reminds me of Oz with his YAC ability. Catches it and makes DB’s miss.
