I live 2 miles from UW. A lot of people around here donât want Demond Williams back now. Theyâll change their tune over time, but most are disgusted with how this has transpired.
Wouldnât be surprised if Lane Kiffinâs name comes up as tampering after the contract was signed.

That follows a report from Yahoo! Sportsâ Ross Dellenger on Tuesday night that UW officials suspected another school contacted Williams after he signed his contract to return to the Huskies. That contract was in the mid-$4 million range, according to Thamel.
Fisch also addressed the situation in a statement Thursday night.

I just find it odd we havenât gotten any âwell actually, heâs a great guy!â features. Schoolâs do those for everybody but perhaps theyâre just happy w the wins.
