Something some people citied as a positive for Des when he was hired was that he was Cordarrelle Pattersonās position coach in 2021 when the Falcons used him in innovative ways on offense when heād previously been an All-Pro kick returner, but useless on offense. Now, I think most of that credit has to go to their OC, not the RB coach, but maybe Des learned something and picked up some ideas.
Patterson had 153 carries for 618 yards, 52 receptions for 548 yards, 18 kick returns for 434 yards.

It feels like weāve added more of our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th options this portal season.
Really needed to replace depth and retain this offseason. QB,TE, and WR is all we really need at this point.

While Iām a card-carrying Pop Watson disliker, I have to admit I wouldnāt hate Pribula. I wouldnāt be willing to pay a lot for him, but statistically, he looks exactly like Morris and Morris worked out pretty well.
Of course, a lot of why Morris worked out well wasnāt so much the numbers as his leadership and attitude. And I know nothing about Pribula beyond the numbers. But with the right attitude, Iād be ok with him. To be clear, Iāve heard nothing about any of this.

I think weāll bring some guys in late at OL. Feel good about what we have and want to make sure remaining resources are prioritized to positions of need. Weāll definitely add a few more OL but probably will be FCS guys or guys short on experience.
