Randy Bennett manipulates the NET better than anyone in the country. Every year, they somehow end up in the top 35-40 in the NET, and every year I look at their schedule and think to myself, âWow, they have played absolutely nobody.â They pound mediocre teams and they get âquad 1â games by playing road/neutral games against Mountain West teams. They never play legit Power 5 teams, and they never make it out of the first weekend, usually not even the first round.
whatever happened to the 2nd part of the Guy interview? Did he not want it aired? Did I miss it?
wait are we actually arguing about Gonzaga? What is there even to argue lmao. Theyâre a top program of this decade. Their performance frequently matches the metrics, way better than our squads did under CTB. Itâs not 2013 anymore sorry

Granted, Florida and St. Johnâs are 7-0, but this is still a crazy stat. Despite this we are a borderline top 25 team over this timeframe per Torvik
Kyle hasnât approved the release of part 2 yet. He will⌠I think itâs because of the move to China that has delayed it.
Donât think itâs been released yet, b/c Iâve specifically come to look for it a couple of times.
Went to search & see how Kyleâs doing (crushing it) & found this article I hadnât seen before. Thought some of you may enjoy it. USA Bball

all of that in only 17 minutes?
Kyle the Microwave Guy!
Iâm currently listening to Norlanderâs interview with the committee vice chair and he said due to bracketing principles, we were switched with Michigan State, so I guess that means we were actually 14.
CBA has specific rules on import playing time, if I recall correctly. Like âyou can only have 2 imports on the court at the same timeâ kind of stuff.
No we were 16 - just swapped from one region to the other with MSU to balance out the sum of the seeds in each region
this portion explains it: https://youtu.be/89e3_IuW66I?t=902
so even within the same seed line the overall matters - if we were to move past MSU to 14 instead of 16 we would be paired with Arizona, Purdue and Gonzaga instead of Michiigan, Houston and Florida which I think we all agree is the group of death as of today. Would probably be better to go down to the #1 5 seed than stay where we are now.
Oh, ok. Thanks.
I would prefer to play our theoretical sweet 16 game in theoretical Chicago than theoretical San Jose, so that works for me.
Iâm more afraid of some of the 5 seeds than I am the teams ahead of us.
St Johns and Arkansas would be a tough matchup for our team. Havenât watched much Bama but Iâll throw them in too.
Doesnât bother me in the least. Humility is close enough to Haney. Those who need to know, will know.
Iâm gonna pick Arkansas until the Elite 8 and theyâre gonna lose in the first round.
So annoyed that itâs going to be #1 vs #12/13 next week and we get the noon spot.
