I vote 3rd party. Way too busy to be one of ours IMO. Double outlining on the numbers feels kinda Hokie to me though.
Also the contrasting outline on the nameplate plus the neck ribbing just feels like when my kid makes a slide deck for school: bloated and functionally illegible.
