I have a lot of respect for this Michigan group. They totally defy the trends of modern football. But unlike Iowa they still look competent

Had to be the playcall right? There was no hesitation after he picked up the snap so that makes me think it was QB power all the way.

I figured zone read RPO, give yourself an option with the DE and then a backup slant across the middle.

That woulda been a much better play call. I fiigured they didnt want Milroe to throw it. But I thought some sort of movement RPO play fake roll out anything other than qb power
On the replay Milroe had a lane behind the pulling RG. But tripped over his own OL’s leg.
