Are top 20s the ones called 5 stars?
top 25 usually but some ranking sites mix it up just to differentiate themselves lol.
yeah itās become almost standardized, 25-30 or so per year. To me a 5-star is a future NBA player as long as he doesnāt f it upā¦and there arenāt 20 of those a year.
