@dfresh11 sucks to see Pettiford at Auburn. What a shit school with a dirtbag coach. Is he getting poor guidance or are there heavy bags involved?
My guess is they see that as quickest way to get to the NBA. Proly one reason we never got involved. And my guess always bags there for sure.

Well … BVP is like our 5th option … not really close to Appleby or Basile or Joiner or Hinson … all who are 1st or 2nd leading scorers on their teams…
BVP is an illusionist for us … he gives the appearance of being a threat which opens things up for our real threats … but if there were a dude on an opposing team shooting 33% from 3 and 41% overall … I would make him shoot 15 times a game and live with the results …

Yeah, I guess this is my main point.
Also, just a minor pet peeve about the word choices here – “impactful”. Just say “best”. Because I think BVP has a pretty good argument for most impactful, but not one for best. Last year Wake was on the wrong side of the bubble … lost a bunch of guys … and brought in Appleby … and now they are … (spoiler alert)…
I realize I’m using the word impactful differently. They’re using it as a synonym for best … so just say “best” !

I kind of think UNC winning is better for us? We already lost the tie-breaker against Pitt, we play UNC again so their standing is more within our control, and it looks like UNC’s schedule is harder the rest of the way than Pitt’s.
That said, it’s probably a negligible difference, it’s not totally clear, and UNC sucks so… eh.

This montage of Caleb Love terrible shots is pretty great. He’s made some and Bacot and Davis haven’t made theirs, but I think the script for beating Carolina often starts with “Love took twice the number of shots that Bacot did.”
