ACC Basketball Thread 11/23

Handlogten was still out. He has been out their last few games, they are a different team with him. Had 14 and 14 vs us.

Florida will still be a tourney team assuming they get healthy. Could be a springboard for WF. If they can get Monsanto back and close to 100% they become much more dangerous.

Auburn and their crowd is out for blood, it’s a wrap

The thing I hate about the NET or Quad system is that it takes people out of the moment.

The ambiguity of RPI was much more fun just to bitch about rather than playing 4D chess with other teams results in effing November.

So 6-4 now. With BC and FSU off to good starts

Tech might be the least athletic team in the ACC

BC annihilating Vandy. We at least guaranteed to tie. FSU hopefully wins. SO we can cheer for Duke and VT to lose and still win the challenge

Can we win if Duke and Tech lose because I’d rather not root for them

Yes, so long as FSU beats UGA and BC finishes off Vandy.

I typically don’t care too much for these cross-conference challenges as long as we’re pulling our weight, but this year feels like a statement that maybe the downfall of the ACC’s quality was a bit exaggerated. Can’t lie and say I haven’t been on that bandwagon too but this has been a decent showing so far and should help the conference’s outlook come tourney time with some quality wins coming out of this.

Not counting VT. They look like shit.

How does Louisville Bellarmine factor in :upside_down_face:

Bellarmine taking it down to the wire

It’s not a choice - it’s an imperative, it’s always a win if Duke does down. Icing on the cake with VT.

I do enjoy the Muss Bus hitting potholes though.

That was already happening in the Serum household. Sorry All Coast Conference.

Louisville up four with a second to go. But they’ve been known to blow leads like that in the past.

Serious question - how did Duke have to go on the road? They NEVER go on the road in this conference type of pay.

The SEC had five teams in the Top 20. The ACC beat four of them.

They held on!

Dukes offense sucks, man.
