🏈 ACC Football: Week 14 - 2024

It was a heavyweight fight and GT wasn’t built to go the distance. Haynes King was excellent all night but he carried the ball over 20 times in regulation and by OT his legs were shot and he couldn’t finish the game. Once he became one dimensional the offense ground to a halt. The GT secondary was held together by band aids by the end of the game.

Helluva effort by the Yellow Jackets but they could not close the door. UGa gave them every opportunity to.

GT should’ve gone for 2 in the OT1. Win it or lose it right there. The longer the game goes the more it favors UGA.

100% agree. There was no advantage to giving Uga more opportunities. Put it on their offense which had an advantage most of the game and go for 2

Yeah. It’s like playing blackjack. You should know that even if you’re ahead, the odds are still against you, so the longer you drag things out, the more likely your hot streak will end and they’ll get you.

The strategy with the best chance of winning is to play one hand and bet everything on it.

What? Im not even sure thats a lateral move for him. Unless he’s eyeing Norvells job as a mid year replacement

Idk what FSU is thinking either. I guess Malzahn does have a good track record as an OC but he hasn’t adapted his scheme in at least a decade.

Apparently they’re trying to get Thomas Castellanos too.

Mack Brown put UNC on BLAST for how they handled his firing. My goodness :flushed:

NC State and VT both bowl eligible now. Leaving Wake, Stanford, FSU, and UVA the only ACC schools not going bowling.
