Yes but my point was I dont remember going a whole week without a game. We always had weird mid-season OOC games. It’s probably good to do that- I just don’t think we ever did.

Its funny cause made me remember those games out of conference. Trying to get us to care about the scout vs William and Mary or College of Charleston was nearly impossible. @chavlicek15 used to bust up film sessions with his rendition of David Lee Roth singing Panama and the like. Assistant coaches gave up, passed out the Whoppers, and said be sure and go home and dont go out and go to bed now.

I ran track for UVA back in the early 70’s and a bus ride to Duke would totally mess me up. I’ve always admired athletes that could bring their A-games on the road
